Civic
Inclusion and Capacity Building Programs focuses on projects that deal with civic
inclusion in both development decision-making and within civil society
itself. African descendants groups, women, youth, indigenous peoples and
minority ethnic groups are not only excluded from traditional spheres of
power and influence (such as policy development and implementation), but
many times they are also marginalized within the NGO family itself. This
program implements projects developed during regional consultations.
